Info: As an engineering contractor, I led the redesign of a high-throuput thermoplastic FDM printer for industrial use. This project to design and manufacture a few prototypes took two months. This sheet-metal framed printer could print comfortably at an acceleration of 6Gs, and has a novel diagonal dual-motor coreXY belting setup.
